What if I've never worked out before?

I have an old injury. Can I still train?

Absolutely. We work with clients who have knee issues, back pain, diabetes, high blood pressure, and more. During your personal fitness consultation, we'll discuss your health history and design a program that works WITH your body, not against it.

How is this different from a regular gym?
